Shame about England. It&#039;s amazing how the linesmen can call an offside with millimeters in it and completely miss a goal that was 2 kilometers in. Spoilt the game and inevitable cost you guys a chance at the gold.</description>

		<description>The distance covered by players during competition is certainly impressive, but perhaps more indicative of level / fitness / performance are the high intensity movements. The &quot;aerobic base&quot; predominant role is in recovery from these, therefore we should train our soccer players intensely (anaerobically) with suitable rest periods that allow them to maintain a high rate of play.</description>
